Jeff Zucker's practice focuses primarily on real estate and corporate transactions throughout the State of Nevada. Mr. Zucker counsels and represents privately and publicly held companies and their owners in a wide variety of business matters. He has represented both lenders and developers in large and complex workouts and foreclosures. He also regularly plans, structures, negotiates and implements all types of business initiatives and transactions including very large, multi-million dollar transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, financial transactions, and various real estate projects.
Jeff Zucker is the Chair of the Firm's Business Law Department and a member of the Firm's Executive Committee. Mr. Zucker is listed in Best Lawyers In America for Real Estate Law and is included in "The Top 100" Mountain States Super Lawyers, where he is recognized for Re al Estate Law. Mr. Zucker is also listed in Chambers USA as one of the leading corporate and real estate attorneys in the State of Nevada. Chambers USA states that Mr. Zucker is "regarded as the state's dean of real estate practice." Clients interviewed by Chambers USA describe him as "one of the top attorneys in the state" and "one of its brightest talents."
He was recently named a 2014 Super Lawyer in Real Estate.
Mr. Zucker has an AV rating in the Martindale-Hubbell Directory. He is also the co-author with Keith Bishop of the definitive text, Nevada Corporations and Limited Liability Companies and the lead editor of Lionel Sawyer & Collins' publication, Doing Business in Nevada, fourth edition soon to be released.
