Professional Experience

Chris Walther is an attorney in the Business Law Department at Lionel Sawyer & Collins. His practice encompasses a variety of corporate, transactional, and real estate matters, including corporate governance, secured transactions, and foreclosures of real estate-secured loans.


While earning his law degree, Mr. Walther served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Mary Ann Bearden, Presiding Judge of Lane County Circuit Court, Eugene, Oregon, and as a research assistant to B.A. Kliks Professor of Law Dominick Vetri, University of Oregon School of Law. Mr. Walther was also employed as a law clerk for the in-house legal department of a national childcare and education provider.

Mr. Walther was named as an "Up and Coming" attorney in Nevada's "2013 Legal Elite," by Nevada Business magazine  and as a Rising Star for 2009 in Business/Corporate Law by Mountain States Super Lawyers.
