Nevada's premier law firm, Lionel Sawyer & Collins is pleased to announce the release of the fifth edition of Doing Business in Nevada. This 250-page book is designed to assist Nevada and non-Nevada business persons and to be used by lawyers and non-lawyers alike. Doing Business in Nevada provides the business owners and those conducting business with companies in Nevada with information regarding the legal aspects of conducting business in the Silver State. The book's topics give guidance to those buying, operating, expanding, or selling a Nevada business.

Attorneys from Lionel Sawyer & Collins' Business Law, Litigation, and the  Gaming/Regulatory Law Departments contribute to Doing Business in Nevada. Each update is a thorough review of the materials and includes useful contact information for relevant state agencies and departments to create a cohesive and user-friendly guide with comprehensive endnotes and an appendix.

Jeffrey Zucker, Business Department Chair and Executive Committee Member, was in charge of the editorial team for the Fifth Edition of Doing Business in Nevada, which included Colleen Dolan, Shareholder and Executive Committee Member; Shareholder Pearl Gallagher; and Associate Mark Gardberg. Mr. Zucker is also the co-author of Bishop and Zucker on Nevada Corporations and Limited Liability Companies with Keith Bishop.
